Want to take the first step toward a better relationship with training? By working with me, we can work together to improve your movement in the gym, attitude toward nutrition and training for a more balanced lifestyle.

Online Programming

If you lack direction, structure or consistency in the gym, I offer a tried and tested programme to get you stronger and more conditioned. I also provide bespoke programming, whether you’re chasing a new PB or coming back from injury, we can tailor to your needs and goals.

Corporate classes

Looking for a collaborative and fun team building activity for your workplace? Try corporate classes – I deliver engaging training sessions and create custom workouts for your clients or team.Group competitiveness is encouraged!

about me

Thomas ‘Mal’ Hanbury AKA Mal – a qualified personal trainer and nutrition coach with a passion for music.With an athletic background dating back over 20+ years including rugby, football and track, I’ve been involved and enjoyed sports from a young age. I now focus on strength and conditioning but try to throw in some climbing when I can too! If I’m honest, I’ll give anything a go.In my time as a coach, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience which I want to pass on to my clients. So, whether you’re working with me personally or through one of our online programs, I’m eager to hear your goals and help you achieve them.
